Wanted - Dead or Alive

Action drama starring Rutger Hauer and Gene Simmons. Former CIA operative turned bounty hunter Nick Randall (Hauer) is asked to assist with the hunt for terrorist Malak Al-Rahim (Simmons), who is responsible for a bombing in Los Angeles. However, Al-Rahim also wants to find Randall and when he causes the deaths of Randall's best friend and girlfriend, Randall becomes driven by revenge rather than by any desire to claim his bounty.
