Better Life at 60

Congratulations, you're getting older. It's happening all the time. It's means that you're lucky to be alive. Let's keep it that way. As a child of the late 50s, I grew up parents that went to early graves because of their life choices. This inspired me to make better choices, and I have lived a fairly healthy lifestyle by choice. I want to pass a little experience to you, so you and I can live a long healthier life. It's never to late to stop smoking or lose weight. You don't have to be lonely, or even stop working.
